About Larry Stegent
Larry Stegent founded Stegent Insurance Associates more than 54 years ago and has built a distinguished career spanning both athletics and the life insurance industry. A 1970 graduate of Texas A&M University, Larry was selected in the 1st round of the 1970 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals.
Following his success on the field, Larry established himself as one of the industry's top life insurance professionals. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an elite global association representing the top 1% of life insurance and financial services professionals worldwide, and has also earned membership in Top of the Table - MDRT's highest distinction.
Beyond his professional achievements, Larry has remained deeply involved in both the community and the insurance industry. He has served on the Board of Directors for St. Thomas High School, ING/Security Life of Denver, and the Texas A&M Lettermen's Association.
